New Monitor - Nice!

Yes, thats right. I have a new monitor for my attic PC, a 17" TFT monitor which will make everything a lot better to use.

I also only have 3 more exams to go: 1 ISS (Internet Systems and Society) and 2 History Exams.

College fun...and Jedi's

Just having some fun at college involving the new Star Wars film:

Two mates of mine walk into the middle of a crowded park, and start laying into each other with plastic lightsabres. People turn to see and they get cheers and what not until they finally kill each other (for the fifth time), and after everyone has lost interest.

I will post the pictures when i finally see them.

I was ambushed as well.. and was got by the glitter færies. So for the rest of the day i have been walking around with half a glittery flower stuck to face ( i picked most of it off during my IT lesson.

Its 7.50 am on a Monday.

I wouldnt been seen up at this time unless it was important (which this is)

I have Exams for the two weeks (great) and so thusly my stepdad in all his glorious wisdom has banned me from games until my exams are over.. do you think i will listen?

Ha! If i cant make him i cuppa in the morning, do you think i'll revise!

Money here i come

We have finally heard word from our lawyer saying that we can now go into business into the little shop i harked on about the other day.

Well, not straight away at least

Apart from that, i have taken my dusty ol' KAR98 and am once again terroising the fields of 1942 with my suicidal (but very effective) charge against tanks, propping up the tank sticking a mine underneath the dissappear in a firey contagion of death and scrap metal.


In other words, i'm an engineer first and only.

Right.. firstly my internet goes down, meaning that i have to wage war, save the world and run around, on 1 computer.

Bad.


However, this has given me the oppurtunity to try out the Ethernet connection that the modem came with. I no longer suffer from crappy speeds, as my connection has gone up from 2 mbps to a whopping 100 mbps..

I have also got Guild War which is great, but it is slightly lacking (as there isnt any where to buy better armour from in the starter town). However it is 100% free to play online (save for buying the game and internet charges)
