"Infidel Nations" - Pluhease

Its hard to escape the current climate with the controversy over the Muslim Cartoons and that the "Infidel Nations" that published the cartoon will burn yatta yatta yatta

Where does this lead to eventually? Many middle-eastern countries have stopped trading with the countries that published it, and the Danish Emmbassy got torched just the other day.

Will this mean that the Middle-East will fall back on its common Religious beliefs and ally together to form a Musliem super-state?

I highly doubt it.

The Musliems are allowed to have thier own beliefs about what one person can and cannot do (in this case ANY art relating to the prophet Mohammad is Heresy) but, how are people meant to understand what the commontion is all about if the havent seen the images?

Also, all those protestors that parade around towns and cities proclaiming anyone who insults Islam should be killed should take a long look at themselves. I have my own views about Islam, which total up to me being indifferent totally about it, but i wont go out of my way to insult any of their cultural beliefs.

But if i was in a religious converstaion with one, i would probably point out the bad points of Islam, and show them up against the "good" points of Christainity and vice-versa.

Simply put, Religion can be dammned for all i care really.. since people use it as a scape-goat to commit violent acts against one another, while trying to stay safe behind it.

I have recently been playing Sim City 4 alot, and my city (imaginatively called New City) has reached a population of 130,000 sims with numerous sky-scrapers here and there. I am still going to push for a mega-skyscraper soon.. but that it will have to wait.
